Due to the nature of skincare items, we cannot accept returns on opened tins. This ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of all our products. However, we’re committed to fairness and will always work with you to make things right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you’re unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will gladly offer:
